Episode 169:How To Create New Traditions

TOPIC:

This week we are talking about traditions, whether crafting new ones or knowing when old traditions don’t serve you anymore. But first, we discuss one upcoming tradition we’re both excited about: celebrating Natalie’s birthday! Then, we share some fun facts about traditions, top traditions for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the extremely positive effect traditions can have on all areas of life. We also illustrate the feelings that come when a tradition ends or shifts. Lastly, we provide tips for starting your own traditions with friends and/or family and the traditions we implement today. Oh, and please send us a message if you’ve made any particularly ugly ornaments in your lifetime. We’re very curious and would love to see them!
